Refund policy

1. Non-Refundable Donations:
Donations made to SMPANB Sabha Charitable Trust are non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be refunded except under exceptional circumstances.

2. Donation Revision:
You have the option to revise your donation details up to a maximum of 3 times, provided the revision is made before 9 AM of the next day following the initial donation. For instance, if you make a donation today, you can revise it until 9 AM tomorrow.

3. Duplicate Donation Refunds:
In the event of an accidental duplicate donation, donors may request a refund for the duplicate amount by contacting us before 9 AM of the next day following the transaction date. Proof of the duplicate transaction will be required for verification purposes.

4. Refund Assessment:
SMPANB Sabha Charitable Trust reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered in cases of fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.

5. Refund Process:
Any refunds approved by SMPANB Sabha Charitable Trust will be processed using the same payment method used for the original donation. Refund will be processed in 2-3 days. Please allow up to 7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
